Grievance/Complaint Redressal committee

As per guidelines issued Vide CBSE's circular dated December 7, 2019, committee for redressal of grievances has been set up with the following members.

The LDC PUBLIC SCHOOL formed a Grievance Redressal Committee following the CBSE norms. The function of the committee is to take action against the complaint lodge by any student related to bullying, ragging, harassment, inappropriate behavior etc. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the committee members in person or in case the person is unwilling to reveal the identity, grievances may be dropped in writing at the suggestion box placed at the Administrative Block of the school. A Grievance Committee has been constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the students of the school with the following objectives:

• Upholding the dignity of the school by ensuring a healthy atmosphere in the school through promoting cordial student-teacher relationship.
• Encouraging the students to express their problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
• Advising all staff to be affectionate to the students and not behave in a revengeful manner towards any of them for any reason.
• Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the school campus. Any violation of disciplinary rules should be brought to the notice of the committee members to take immediate action, Procedure for lodging complaint:
• The students may feel free to put up a grievance in writing or in the format available in the admin office and drop it in the box.
• The Grievance Committee will act upon the cases and will assure that the grievance has been properly solved in a stipulated time limit provided by the cell.
