Our Vision :

When the team members succeed,
The leader succeeds.
My vision has a strong desire to be more involved in developing our school culture where everyone feels supported and respected as we all work together to help students for reaching higher levels of achievement.
I feel strongly to be reorganized in order to be more effective & efficient. The way grade level meetings, staff meetings, and early release days are used should be restricted so as to better our time to work towards our school’s vision. Staff should be encouraged allowed to think creatively when it comes down to finding time to making this vision a reality. I look forward to participating in discussions about what students need to know, assessing students learning, analyzing student performance data and brainstorming ways to provide enrichment opportunities for students.
The implement of technology is essential as we climb onwards & upwards. This is an area I will continue to develop so as to guide my students in practicing skills in all areas of curriculum. Educom facility in our school is already providing a great platform for making technology more handy and accessible to our students. I welcome any opportunities to discuss my education philosophy, perception of my class makeup & teaching practices with my peers. I believe it is time to open doors of our classroom & work together in efforts of teaching & learning. At this point, I am still exploring the kind of educational leadership, and can honestly say that I have a better understanding of my own beliefs and feel more committed to our school vision.
My goal is to strive towards being positive, trust worthy, and respectful towards all my colleagues. I now make the 5C’s my own personal vision Character, Courage, Competence, Composure, and Caring. Being honest and trustworthily, aspiring to change, standing up for one’s own belief, and being aware of my intra & inter personal abilities. I continue to be a teacher or pursue a leadership role. I have learned that leadership is a personal thing and that effective leadership does not occur without the investment of time.
